"Hotel staff were amazing, building itself is lovely and modern however is in a construction site which you have to walk through to get to the tram. You can’t hear any noises it’s just not the nicest to look at. Breakfast was a buffet and everything was very tasty. Overall hotel was great . Would recommend getting a tram pass to use as quite far about the centre if walking but only 10 minutes on the trams which are brilliant "

"The room was clean and with just enough space. Could use another chair. What I didn’t enjoy is the front desk stuff. I don’t think they even say “hi” to us. I’ve never seen less welcoming front desk. Was a bit surprised. "

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with kettle and a small fridge. Check-in was easy and I used the on-site parking which was much cheaper than public parking. "

"Overall, the stay was lovely. However, we checked in a bit late and the room we had was overly fragrant and seems like it was trying to cover body odor from the room. Unfortunately, we were too tired to switch rooms, therefore tried to air the room out via windows. The smell persisted, but with a one night stay I didn’t want to make a fuss about it."

"Booked a single room for a two-night weekend stay. The room is small but perfectly comfortable for a solo traveller, and there are plenty of clever little shelves and storage, plus everything you'd expect from a decent hotel (TV, Nespresso machine, even a complimentary bottle of water). I actually really liked it. "You get what you pay for, you can’t complain. 5 stars as it just a walk away from the main train station and it is right in the middle of Amsterdam city Centre. Be prepared to walk up stairs as there was no elevator for the building. Once I arrived my room was actually upgraded to a better room which was nice but at the very top floor. I’m fairly athletic so it was not much of a hassle for me."

"It's about 20m away by bus from Centraal Station—not bad, but it's not the city centre if that's what you're looking for. The one-bedroom is very nice, equipped with a small kitchenette & basic needs, oven, fridge, dining table, and living area.
