Luxury Hotels in Amman, Amman Governorate

"I stayed here for 4 nights. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. There were only 2 channels in English and neither had good content so I used my laptop to watch YouTube. Breakfast was good, variety of food and attentive staff. Sameers team were great. Reception staff were very helpful also. Had an issue with one of the staff members in the gym but this was quickly resolved by the hotel. They definitely pay attention to customer service. "

" It is a safe and quiet area. The hotel is very clean. Food is delicious. I like the buffet nights in the first-floor dining room. Carmela rendered service above and beyond her job. She was very accommodating and pleasant. My only comment is the dining room on the 3rd floor is a smoking-allowed area. I cannot take any cigarette smell, but one has a choice to order room service, and this is what I did. If this is the only dining room for the night- make it non-smoking and have another place for smokers. If one is out for a 12-hour tour, sitting in the dining room and enjoying a meal after a long day is nice- not eating one's in the hotel room. The 3rd-floor dining staff (I forgot his name) was very nice and accommodating also. My room is very clean and maintained every day. I slept well. "

"Very nice hotel "

"A nice hotel in the heart of Amman. I stayed there twice in a two week period. The downstairs staff was very helpful, I even got a haircut in the barber shop in the lobby, very nice guy. The hotel is relatively new, the room was a decent size, it was relatively clean. I had room service a few times, the food was very good, and the service quick. My only quibbles were the housekeeping was a little tardy, they forgot to clean my room one day and the other day really late, almost evening before they made it to the room for cleaning. The other problem I had was with laundry I had done. It was supposed to be done the following day and I kept having to chase it down, being promised it would be delivered to my room a couple of times, I tinally got it about an hour before I left for the airport. I would also note there is a little bit of traffic noise from the room I was in, which faced the busy street the hotel is on. Minor things, overall it was a good stay and the staff overall was very good."
