"The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Since there were rooms available, they let us check in early. In addition, they ran directions to major tourist sites for us and assisted us in using the tube. The little restaurant was excellent and we loved the ambience of the bar. Great stay!"

"We really enjoyed our executive room, the privileges of the executive lounge, and being able to watch the planes land and take-off, but the only thing that I believe needs to be updated is the state of the mattresses on the sofa-bed/hide-a-bed. They do put an extra comforter straight on the mattress, but it is still not very comfortable."

"You get what you pay for but for a quick overnight it was fine. Having check in 24hrs was great as I didn’t have to worry about the room being let go as I didn’t arrive until midnight."
