"Before arrival we tried contacting the property to request an early check in. After an international flight you expect hotels to accommodate their guests as much as possible. Upon arrival we had to wait hours before they let us in. We knew the apartment was already clean and empty and other guests told us they made them wait until 3 as well although their rooms were ready and empty. Super bad administrative staff! "Amazing location of the apartment and restaurant inside of the walled city. Great walkability and proximity to many other restaurants and boutique shops. Vivian was awesome helping us out with our bags and room while we stayed here. The A/C units were pumping the room full of cold air and it was great to get out of the heat. Food at the restaurant was immaculate, great pricing and everything we ate felt good afterwards and didn’t feel groggy or processed."

"Beautiful property. Very attentive staff. Great rooms with awesome beach view. Cons: no jacuzzi; Beds could be a little softer but you can get a bed pad; Too many peddlers to quietly enjoy the beach. They should keep them off the beach and onto the side walk. Honestly too many peddlers everywhere in Boca grande and the old town. You will definitely feel harassed a bit. "

"This property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and clean. The pool area is wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Albert was a great waiter! We ate at every restaurant on the property and nothing disappointed! I felt safe walking around with no issues. The beach in front of the hotel is not the best. It’s rocky and not very clean but it is a very easy walk to a better option. Getting to the Centro was an easily accessible and cheap Uber ride away! Overall, this hotel is amazing and I look forward to staying there again! "

"The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I am very particular with the way we drink coffee and Wilton from the first day we had breakfast he was understanding and eager to make us feel great about the experience. Gisset another girl was friendly and funny, also the bar made Gloria and bar tender Marco I believe was his name he was also very helpful and friendly. Over all the experience was superb. Congrats to all the staff and God bless everyone in the hotel. My thanks to the nurses as well Maryury she took care of me a wasp got me. Thanks "
