"The atmosphere of the hotel was actually better than I expected, but the location is not ideal. There aren't many restaurants nearby, and the market is a bit far from the hotel. "Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money. Plenty of eating places just outside so don’t bother paying for it. Overall 4...

"Excellent hotel! Room with queen bed was very large. Updated bathrooms and bedroom. This hotel felt like a 4 star hotel. It was right on the canal and the heart of the city. Very highly recommended for the price. We visited in early March so the price may have been more reasonable. "

"Hotel is very charming and fantastic location. The room was extremely warm and the AC/hearing unit was difficult to use. Shower wasn’t great and the hairdryer cut out every 20 seconds and wouldn’t start again for another 5 mins. However none of this was a big deal and I would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"Shuttle bus tell you to go to French side of BSL airport.. but you cant walk to it on arrival!!! They wont go to Swiss side... its a ridiculous airport, look it up, only airport in world run by 3 countries... Uber driver told me look at taxi stand license plates. That told me i was on "south" side, with Swiss plates... WHY COULDNT THE HOTEL SHUTTLE BUS TELL ME THAT!!!"
