Not easy to find entrance.
It’s a hotel for travellers, a bit of a walk to the city centre (but worth it). Very difficult to spot the entrance as it is not well sign posted. Also it is in a building which has another hotel that is very well sign posted. So confusion occurred trying to identify if I was at the right place.

the faicllity was not expansive so need to be taken also as a fact so can not expect all but it was not clean , there was no room service done for days , so towels were wet and did not dry as the room was very bad ventilated. not an hotel to take once again. Thank you

Overall, a great and affordable option for staying in Thionville. The central train station was about a 30-minute walk away and no public transit was available to get there so be ready to walk. Good breakfast. My only complaint was that I could not open and close the window as I wished.

Friendly staff but slightly noisy
You get what you pay for, cheap and cheerful. Stayed here for a stopover, rooms are clean but showers a bit grim and only gets luke warm. Staff were friendly. Only issue was the noise, there was allways a constant noise, if it wasnt the cars on the motorway it was the sound of a generator or what sounded like the bass of a speaker.

We found it disturbing having to pay an additional security deposit and an additional charge for some local taxes.I feel that all charges should be shown at the time of booking and at time of arrival. We found that the room lacked enough ventilation for a good night sleep. The property provides good value for travellers without much luggage.

We booked this hotel as a "base" to our 2 days in Luxembourg (before heading Bourgogne) and it seemed like a good cost vs benefit. The hotel is near to the road and its easy to park in their private parking. The access to the hotel is through 2 lifts, privileging the easy access than security. The reception is eficient and the staff is friendly. The room is small and its ok to 2 nights max. We were in 3 (couple and a 4yo) and we nanaged to order food from Uber Eats and eat and sleep OK in the room. The cleaning isnt the best. We asked to clean our room and even leaving it around 10:00h it wasn't cleaned. The bathroom is small and get all wet. The breakfast has a good price and its fair for the value. Overall a hitel to 1-2 nights due the price, but i wouldn't book it again.

Terrible service in a good hotel
Very bad service. As the microwave oven was broken, we asked for hot water available at the reception. On the first day they allowed us to take the hot water. On the second day they informed us that we had to pay for the water. To be precise, the water was free, but they informed that you had to bring your own glass. That means finding an open supermarket late at night. The hotel had disposable paper cups, but they refused to provide them. They said I should get my own cup in another place because if they were to provide the DISPOSABLE PAPER CUP I would have to pay. They didn't say the price and I didn't even ask. Except for the terrible service, the hotel is good, especially if compared to the old Premiere Classe, very common in France (2 floors, external stairs). The Thionville hotel has internal corridors, elevators (reception is on the 6th floor), shower area has a glass door and not those plastic curtains, and the bedroom is a little larger. I believe this hotel was built in 2013. There is covered parking included in the price. We requested, but they did not allow us to use a table in the eating area. They informed us that we could only use it during breakfast.
