"Our room was clean, comfortable and convenient to walk to the slopes. The bar area had a very good deal for pizza and a beer. Our room had a view of the slopes which was nice. I thought it was an excellent value. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of luggage carts at checkout. There are plenty of carts, but I think people take them to their rooms and hoard them until they want to check out. There were 3 rooms sharing one cart for a period of one hour. Not one other cart came down in that period of time. This was not the fault of the hotel, and I am not sure of how to remedy this situation. "

"Hotel Jerome is always an excellent experience. The staff and the property are simply the best in Aspen. The historic and authentic building have all the best modern features one would expect in a 5 star property. There is no better staff or property in Aspen. Love this place! "

"The hotel conditions are very nice, the ski equipment service is very well organized and very convenient. The transportation help provided by the hotel to nearby places is exceptional. Concierge was not very helpful in 3 occassions we needed some help though and dining service at the lounge of the hotel was not the best either. But overall , the rest of the experience was so good that I'd come back here."
