"This property was a bit higher in proce but it was clean with friendly staff. I appreciated the free coffee and tea available at all times. I also felt the location was perfect for exploring Helen. Most shops were within walking distance which was wonderful considering the parking lots were pay to park in town. "

"The resort is gorgeous and comfortable. The staff are wonderful, except for the person who checked us in. Jody put us in the wrong room and then made a snarky comment about my husband's shirt. Regan, Daniel, and Steve are marvelous and made the whole stay delightful. Thank you!"

"Loved the accommodations but almost didn't get in. There were no instructions regarding check in. There was no office and no phone communications available. I didn't have any information about how to get keys and find out where my unit was located. Had the flag down another guest who told me about going into a unmanned guard house to get an envelope with instructions and a key. Without her info, I wouldn't have had any way of checking in. I tried calling the company but got a message that said...
