"Tried some couple of services including spa and room services. Both receptionist doesn’t allow me to use credit cards only cash or local payment method (QR pay). On Aug 2024 neighbor area is like construction side, only few restaurant in nearby area, to be honest if you are foreign tourist prepare some cash or find another place for your own good! Cheers"

"I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. "The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."

"Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "

"Lovely experience from start to finish. All staff very friendly and welcoming. The food was of very good quality and the price of drinks reasonable. They could do with having a printed itinerary with timings as we were a bit late for dinner as we weren't sure if the meal time. They made a special effort for decorations and birthday cake for my husband. Katay and Ian accompanied our group and we're very attentive. Rooms very spacious. Everything was well organised."
