"This is a relatively inexpensive hotel so I don't expect lots of extras. It was relatively clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is no lift so if you have heavy luggage make sure your muscles are in good order. Grouting in the bathroom could use a bit of a scrub in places and as a personal preference I don't like showers over bathtubs as they are potentially dangerous. "I would love to give it 5 stars but due to the fact that the heat was not working was really bad specially when you are with an infant with you I literally had put his jacket on in the middle of the night because the room was freezing mind you we had a small heater on but in vain. I wish we had been informed of this situation before we arrived in order to weight our options or not. But besides that the receptionist was very nice and helpful to us during our stay."

"The straightest route from this property, Rue Saint-Nicolas, to the city's main attraction is actually dangerous - it is lined with cat-calling and confrontational men and gangs of thieves - I would think advice on this from reception was very important but none was given. "It was horrible...It was my 1st time in France so I wasn’t aware of their culture. I used a towel to clean the floor and shower and was put out of the HOTEL the 2nd day! because the “owner” stated that that’s not the “french” way....I think he was being racist!!
