"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time). 2. The hardware of hotel is good. 3. "Hotel staff was very helpful in organising our activities. We needed to purchase additional suitcases and they even guided us through an online purchase which was in Mandarin. Breakfast selection was brilliant. Perfect location."

"The staff does not speak English at all. Make sure you have a translator on your phone. The internet speed is unacceptable (unusable). Also, you have to have a local cell phone number in order to log in on the internet. This is crazy for international guests staying at the hotel. The breakfast fair to poor. Very limited selection for Western choices and all the hot food was cold."

"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."
