"It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing. "

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Dinner were amazing! Room was outdated, warm and bed was very uncomfortable. "

"We arrived a bit early and we’re not allowed to receive the Ticino Ticket until check in (barely an hour plus later), which would have saved us money we had to pay for Public Transport. To be fair, we were allowed to leave the bags in the office, so that at least helped. Not a bad walk to the train station; the bus station is across the street. AC system had to be restarted due to recent repair to a neighbor unit, but once it was up it worked like a charm!"

"I did not expect to find such quality in an "Albergo" with 3 Stars. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Wow. Clean rooms, newly renovated. Absolutely recommended. Very convenient to find a restaurant and a bar in the same building. Hve eaten a great Pizza there. A grat stay."
