"This is our go to hotel whenever we are in osaka. They got better because of their new renovation. Laundry room and lounge area are better. Location is perfect, close to evrything train station, restaurants, and shopping. We’ll definitely back. "

"I want to try other hotels in Kyoto, but I keep coming back here. I really like the well-designed rooms at Solaria Nishitetsu and the convenient location. Every staff member is very hospitable and kind, which makes the stay a nice experience. Looking forward to returning soon!"

"Well located near the Kyoto station. Surrounding is quiet and easy to move around. Experienced front desk service team. Shout out to Mr Konda and Ms Zeng Ping that made a very positive impression to my partner, patiently explaining and sharing detailed information of the restaurant selection, direction guidance, places of interest etc. Their level of English proficiency is above average which is a big comfort to English speaker. Room aspect, open wardrobe is small ( can’t hang too many clothes)...

"The best stay in our Japan trip. The room was big and the giant window amazing. The view was great. We were travelling with a 3 year old, this was the first hotel that “remembered” to give her a towel as well. The hotel was super clean and the staff nice"

"Loved this hotel. Best I ever stayed in and I have traveled all over the world. Elegant, accommodating staff, great location by Kyoto Station. Best of all… free ice cream parfaits in afternoon s and free saki, wine and beer at night. Lovely amenities. Laundry facilities. Wish they had a Richmond premiere in every city! This is a five star hotel in my opinion. Best value, ever."

"I loved staying at this property! It had so many amazing amenities in addition to the onsen like the free late night ramen, all day ice cream, and morning yogurt drinks! There was a wide spread of items at the breakfast buffet for a great price. The tatami mat feature throughout the hotel was also so unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel next time!"
