It is the first time for me to change hotel and ask for a refund!!! Very rundown hotel, caters to Japanese only, no English almost at all. Photos dose not represent the hotel nor the rooms. "Hilton Nagasaki was the best sleep we had during our 8 days tour on Kyushu island. The exterior look modern, the rooms are extremely spacious and very modern and new looking. Amenities are all modern. Can easily cast your mobile devices to the room's TV. The bed is HUGE and comfortable. Easily the best bed we've had throughout our trip. As usual, Japanese service staff are wonderful and excellent, always polite and welcoming. 10/10 will stay again"
