"very modern in a convenient location. Incredible to have 24 hour reception as I did not arrive until 1am due to being with my sick father in hospital. That was such peace of mind knowing I could safely and quickly access my room. "

"Nice room for our family of 4, however the bathroom was a bit outdated. There was a good buffet breakfast and the pool was adequate. 24/7 Reception was good as we had a very early checkout. The size of the room was bigger than usual."

I understand the hotels want to incorporate the Go Green Initative and that guests can opt out of room service, however we wanted our room done, and the service was below standard. "
