"Overall a lovely stay at the hotel just needs a lot of maintenance nothing like the photos on line. The stairs were not accessible on on both sides of hotel would be nice to be notified and given a choice. comfy beds and staff were lovely.. "

"Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming . The reception team communicated very well before and during our stay. Lovely to meet the housekeeping team, they did a great job of cleaning the room. Great location, walked everywhere. Nice to be able to see over the city. Only item of note is the bath shower combination , the bath is very high to get in and out of to have a shower, not an easy fix but some feedback . Thank you for the lovely stay"

"Was different to your usual boring minimalist hotel. Was archictectually designed meaning it had character with modern influence. Undercover parking. Surrounded by trees and golf course so serene. Pool bigger than it looked in photos. Spa was toasty."

"Happy with our overnight stay. Staff assisted wife with her things when she arrived, carrying her gear in with 2 kids is a juggling act and the staff were very helpful. Room layout was good and had everything you need. I would like to see a snob on the door though as the little ones can open and unlock the door easy but apart from that very happy with the room. "

"This is a lovely property. There a only a few units and it is very tastefully done. The bed was enormous and so comfortable. We were in a studio room downstairs. It had a full kitchenette and comfortable lounge area. Parking was great around the back of the property. Its a luxury feel. The only thing I needed was a washer/dryer and this unit only has a small laundry sink inside a cupboard which was difficult to access which left me wondering? Its in a great location in Geelong and close to...

"Room was clean upon arrival. However the room service the following day was not good, bed was not done, the bathroom was not done properly. I understand the hotels want to incorporate the Go Green Initative and that guests can opt out of room service, however we wanted our room done, and the service was below standard. "
