"A very wonderful and pleasant overnight stay. The staff was professional and courteous. The one who was assisting at breakfast was very cordial and very well mannered. Kudos to her. Overall, great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We were visiting Somerset for the annual fire and ice festival. The property is only a 15 minute walk from the uptown business district, however not many people clear snow from the sidewalks, including the hotel, so walking was a bit complicated. However, it's January in the laurel Highlands so it's expected to walk in snow. Staff was extremely welcoming,kind, and helpful. The parking lot and entrance could have a little better snow and ice removal. Excellent dining within walking distance....

"Great hotel - clean, artistically decorated, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Lobby is cosy with a lounge area and fireplace. It would be nice if the restaurant was opened for lunch. "

"The door on our room seemed to be broken at one point, so had to double check to be sure it closed. They did call to let me know we had forgotten a small item in one of the rooms! So we could run back to get it. "

"I go to this hotel periodically to get away for a few days to relax. The rooms are always done neatly & very organized. Its peaceful, the pool water is always clean & clear. Theres a decent selection of activities to do near this location, the view is beautiful & i absolutely love it there 10/10 stars"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Cork Factory Hotel. It was a beautiful property. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The walls are very thin and we could literally hear our neighbors on both sides conversations as if they were in the room with us. Maybe it was the acoustics on the top floor. Even despite the lack of privacy we would definitely go back. The bar was great, we didn’t eat at the restaurant but did get a dessert to go that was delicious. The Lancaster District...
