"My wife and I stayed for 2 nights, 3 days. From the minute we pulled up to the front, staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. The lady that helped us check-in gave us information about the PATH and how its accesible via our hotel. She went above and beyond, by giving us directions on how to get to Rogers Centre from our hotel. The room was clean, comfy and the views from the tower were phenomenal. The restaurant below was delicious as well and our waitress was great. The location of the hotel was pretty central to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again and would love to visit Toronto again soon. "

"Front desk employee was incredibly welcoming and upon learning we had a birthday in our party she gave us extra drink coupons to use at the bar and offered to upgrade our room if there had been space to accommodate! Hotel is close to many things in Toronto, very clean and well kept. Even cleaning staff welcomed us in the hallways! "
