"We loved the stay the only downside is the AC situation was a bit confusing and we didn't have cool air for the first 2 nights when the weather was abnormally warm in DC. We called the customer service and they responded pretty quickly and explained the AC restrictions around DC during cooler months. They eventually provided extra fansl for us to use to cool down the air. We also left the window open at night which wasn't that bad. "We finished our trip through Virginia with a 3 day stay in DC. I didn’t know the area at all prior to our visit and was worried with so much media coverage about the high crime. Pentagon City and this one bedroom apartment exceeded our expectations and left us wanting to return.
