"Wonderful place to stay close to the airport. The grounds were lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. The service was impeccable with delicious full breakfasts that varied slightly every day. The decor in the main house was unique and a lot of fun. There was a pool and a games room as well. There was no indoor heating in the rooms, but the bed had two heated blankets that kept us comfortable at night. We brought our 6-month old baby and they were very accommodating. Between Hotels.com and the hotel owner, I was charged for last minute extra stay and last minute cancelation from the owner even after the site chat session had received a waiver directly from the owner over the phone. I followed directions to cancel via app but evidently the owner charged my card stating she's providing me a break. I understand the business aspect of it and agreement...

"Easy check in. When you arrive at night, it doesn't look like much...almost having yourself ask if it's worth it, but you wake up in the morning and BAM! It's a totally different place. A great and inexpensive breakfast for $3, a cool little restaurant down the street. I'd certainly stay here again. App wouldn't let me upload photos unfortunately."

"Loved my stay here, breakfast was excellent, also had lunch and dinner here because the kitchen makes some tasty and nutritious food. Just a note that this is a nature reserve in a hacienda, so the rooms smell woody and you can hear birds chirping in the morning, the perfect alarm clock. "A nice, reasonably priced place near the airport. My room wasn't large but it was clean and had what I needed. Friendly staff. It had access to a nice little system of trails into the nearby valley. Breakfast was included and decent. A few meal options were available for dinner. The flight path for the airport was nearby but the flights cut off about 10 pm so they didn't disturb sleep."

"I already submitted a review, then came back and stayed one more night. The room had a dehumidifier in it. For good reason. A lot of moisture and smelled like mildew. It was cold so we grabbed a blanket from the closet. So stinky with mildew. This room was 108, our previous room was 816, no mildew or complaints. Don’t expect a spa treatment, don’t think too many people order them and when I wanted a facial, they tried to get their staff to work… no takers. "

Fantastic Stay at IBIS Quito – Highly Recommended!

" I had an amazing stay at IBIS Quito! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable, with a cozy bed and fast Wi-Fi, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options, and the on-site restaurant made dining convenient and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to key attractions and business areas. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service—every staff member was friendly, professional, and eager to help. IBIS Quito is a perfect mix of comfort, affordability, and top-notch hospitality. I can’t wait to return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Highly recommended!"

"The staff were attentive, polite and accommodating. When I had a problem with my credit card in Canada, they ensured I could call them without incurring any long distance charges when the collect call was not working. The restaurants were great to eat at and we really enjoyed a massage at the spa after many days of hiking. One suggestion is that you become a Marriott member to get free internet as rooms booked through Expedia often don't include complementary access. Again another example of the great service, when I realised the Internet was not free, they arranged to get me signed up as a member and then reversed out the changes. Many hotels I have stayed at need to spend some time here to understand what great customer service looks like. Needless to say, the rooms were very clean, very comfortable and the overall environment was great. They represented real value for money and I will be sure to stay here when we return again."
