"Very good value. Comfy bed and all we could need in the way of facilities, including a bath. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and loads of hot water. Very quiet - we had a good night's sleep. A bit bland, with lots of magnolia paint - a few pictures would cheer the apartments up and make them more homely. Fairly central, opposite the indoor market and NTback to backs, but not the nicest part of the city. All in all, would recommend."

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "

"The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. "The accommodation was clean, parts of the floor need attention, bathroom was clean with 1 towel and loo roll. Initial communication was fine but the tv nor internet wasn’t working so any coms re these issues absolutely not response, event tried calling but no answer. "Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Really like the bath and shower set -up (you'll know what I mean when you see it). Breakfast was tasty and staff well organised. Staff, generally, very polite. We had to wait 40 minutes for our room to be ready even though we arrived at 15:00. Rooms are not well sign-posted and require a bit of finding. Leisure centre, particularly the pool, requires some up-grading. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would go back, which says a lot."

"My partner and I stayed here Saturday through to Sunday to watch Craig David at the BP pulse live. After doing a bit of research so glad we stayed at the Hilton. Upon arrival, parking was very easy to navigate. We checked in and was informed to book dinner reservations and swimming pool reservations which I think helped us secure on the Sunday a swimming slot at 10 o’clock, which was a perfect time and not many people were using their facilities. We was not able to book into their restaurant for dinner, but we went to the nearby restaurants close to BP pulse live venue. We stayed in room 4097 and was overlooking the car park very nice room the bed was amazingly comfy, and stylish. Parking is £16 for overnight stays. Staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast was amazing . A large variety of options . All the coffees hot chocolate juices . Cooked breakfast, porridge, cereals and Pastries. Stylish decor throughout and very pleased we stay at the Hilton for our weekend getaway. We used the pool the following day on check out and had full use of the steam room, sauna,pool and jets . Manage to get a sun lounger and was very relaxed afterwards. The only point I’d recommend them adding was shampoo and conditioner as they didn’t have these in the showers just body wash which was lovely Crabtree brand smells amazing! Part from that had hair dryers and towels to use for free . Would recommend and stay again. "
