Cabinetry and interior doors need adjustment…feels like either General Contractor missed the punch list effort or poor maintenance program. Staff is helpful but not entirely enthusiastic about the job. Otherwise a pleasant experience but needs more attention to detail

Overall, I liked the hotel. Very nicely decorated and convenient location. Has a nice modern feel. Rooftop patio and drinks are amazing. Attention to detail in the room was a bit of a concern. Nearly cut my lip on a very jagged edge of a glass left in the bathroom and the sound insulation between rooms was substandard which was disappointing as the bed was very comfy. Spa services and massage was nice but sauna didn’t work after treatment which was frustrating. Front desk staff were very helpful at every interaction so that was a plus and they did what they could to accommodate.

The room was beautiful. The monochromatic light wood was relaxing. The bath was very nice, lots of towels and comfy robes. There was a nice pool, hot tub and fitness center. The front desk was very welcoming. The lobby was unique and beautiful. We enjoyed dining on the rooftop with a beautiful sunset and views of the city.
