"Really great stay, the rooms were very nice and well equipped kitchen which made cooking simple meals easy. The room was clean and every day it was cleaned to a very good standard. "

"Every member of staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, they were so kind and polite. The breakfast staff were all lovely and always smiling and the breakfast always had variety. I was upgraded to a room that had a view of the burj khalifa, the apartment was spacious and had everything and cleaned daily. The best thing about the hotel was it was only a 5 minute walk to Dubai mall. My family and I will be staying at this hotel again for sure! "

"On arrival reception welcomed me with a smile and offered me a free water view and room size upgrade which was lovely. However on entering the room I could smell cigarette smoke and condition of the room was a bit poor to me. I advised reception that night and was told they next shift would look into it for me in the morning. "The location and overall impression was good when I stayed with my wife there but on the last day everything was ruined when a housekeeping staff member entered our room without our permission while we were sleeping inside the room. That was unacceptable as it was a severe intrusion to our privacy. I reported to the manager but he responded formally. So I have to call the police and they responded very fast. My privacy and security of valuables was compromised so I don't know whats their policy...
