"Location to train station and nearby dining was fantastic. Vibrant and great vibe. The property didn’t have enough comfortable seating for a family of 4 though. One of the main reasons I booked the property was for the washer/dryer however could not for the life of me work out how to use the dryer even using Google translate to hover over the text, It ran for almost 6 hours and clothes still came out damp. "Good location near Shibuya station. However, the room was terribly small. There was no space to open your large luggages especially during winter. In addition, the room was located on the 4th level. There is no elevator and expect to carry all your luggages through a small metal staircases. It was extremely difficult to carry. Overall, it is overprice."
