So, lived in a room that could not be locked from outside. For room upgrade,the answer was difference between rack rate and what I paid through hotels.com. "Good location but my room was so dirty, I bought cleaning products for bathroom. There were cockroaches. Breakfast was not provided as promised on my booking. I could see into the staff area and it was very untidy/dirty. I found staff were hard to communicate with. The doorman/security was nice/helpful. "
