"Not at all what we were expecting. A beautiful park and location let down by the standard of accommodation and the attitude of members of staff. We thought we were booking a standard UK style static mobile home only to end up with "half a caravan." Upon complaining to members of staff we were told that it was what they call a "hotel room." "This hotel has a lot of potential, with vast green space and huge area for outdoor activities. Sadly, it is so neglected in terms of maintenance that I would not recommend it at all, especially for long term stays. We got a small house which was in desperate need of renovation, mold on the front windows and facade, poorly lit, they have not even changed the light bulbs which were not working on the stairs! The place was not clean and fresh when we arrived, there were spiders and webs everywhere...
