1/5 Terrible
No water- Don't stay there
"This hotel and the way we were treated was very upsetting. When we arrived at the hotel they did not know we were checking in (despite me showing the confirmation email and that I had booked weeks before the check in date). They had to call someone before they gave us a room. When they did give us a room it had very limited electricity, no working AC or fan, and worst of all NO WATER. We asked them what was going on and they told us it was an issue with the pump that night and we could use another room that had running water. We were allowed to use an empty room to shower, but then had to go back to the room we gave us. Then we asked about getting a room with runing water and they said they would have to upgrade us at double what we paid for our room. They assured us the water would be fixed the next day. It was not. They would not upgrade us without a major charge and we didn't get the water. After several days of no water, trying to get ahold of management about the issue, and the staff refusing to do anything to help us we decided to leave. We were booked to stay there several weeks but without water (which was included in the room we booked and paid for) we were not comfortable. As we were leaving they made a passing comment about upgading us to a room with water, but then never actually offered to do that. It was a very upsetting experience. I tried to contact the management numerous times and they never contacted me back. The hotel was a waste of money and upsetting."
