"We had a lovely week at the Hard Rock Hotel and thought the hotel was absolutely lovely. At check-in we were served quickly, given an upgraded room and as we had missed dinner that evening (flight delay), they sent up some charcuterie and bread to our room which was much appreciated. Breakfast is fantastic with a huge amount of options. It was surprisingly busy in January, so i'd hate to see how long the queues would be in the summer months! Staff kind, polite and helpful the maids always said Buenos días to me and the staff at the afternoon restaurant treated you with absolute respect whether you ordered a meal, snack or just drinks. "The food was less desirable at the grill restaurant. Chicken wasn’t properly cooked and lacked flavor. The ribs were undercooked as well. The chefs at all the restaurants should pay attention to the food before leaving the kitchen, sometimes they lack flavor. But overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I had a great time. "
