I think a kettle and some mugs in the room would be nice so that guests can make coffee or tea. They had that in other hotels I stayed at. One thing to note, though, is that the balcony overlooks a street that is busy with restaurants, and it can be loud until midnight-1am. It was not an issue for us, but it might not work for you if you prefer to go to bed earlier. The only bummer was that the wifi did not work out on the balcony. Would recommend though! "
