When ichecked in the person who showed me the apartment coulld not find the controllers for the wall units saying he would bring them by the next day. Never showed up ihad to call them and after four days somebody showed up with controller. Still no heat. No offer for a clean or mpre TP. Bought my own. Not great support. The area around the building is not great dirty and people drinking on the street."
