A very special thank you to Ricardo at the concierge desk, who went out of his way to help organize a beautiful surprise for my wife’s birthday. She was greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of bubbly in our room—a gesture that truly made the occasion unforgettable. The entire staff consistently went above and beyond to take care of us. One evening, while we stepped out for dinner, we returned to find our room spotlessly refreshed with an unprecedented mid-evening clean-up—a thoughtful and unexpected touch that made us feel incredibly well cared for. To top it all off, we received a personalized card from the hotel, along with chocolates and a plush teddy bear for our daughter. It was such a heartwarming gesture and truly showcased the hotel’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality. We would absolutely stay at Hotel Place d'Armes again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, welcoming, and memorable experience. "The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The tv reception was a little wonky but we didn’t use it much anyway. The concierge, Jonathan Hug, was AMAZING. We arrived with few plans and he helped set up several excursions. Every recommendation was great. He seemed to know everything important about the city and carefully tailored our activities. Truly exceptional! The location of the hotel is perfect with easy access to the best of Montreal. "
