"The hotel and services were excellent and the grounds and scenery were stunning - beautiful views every where you looked, . The staff were brilliant, extremely pleasant - very attentive and personal. We experienced a slight miscommunication between the hotel and spa on our last day, but the staff at the spa did their best to accommodate. Would highly recommend both hotel and spa for a relaxing break."
"Overwhelmed of how rude the woman in the breakfast room was. Her name was Ana, the more and more she spoke to me the more she infuriated me.
