"My partner had a good stay in that were close to the city and had all the facilities that we needed. The downside was that we had paid for a permit to park in the car park. However, we were not given the permit on arrival. We called and were told someone would be in touch and drop it off the following day. No one was in touch. It wasn’t nice worrying whether we were going to get a parking ticket during our two day stay. Luckily this wasn’t the case. "

"Very spacious two bed two bath apartment on the top floor. Kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast and easy dinner. Check in was made easy by staff Great location. A 15 minute walk to the Castle and a little longer to the train station. Great value for the price. "

This place was very clean and nicely fitted out/decorated, with some nice modern touches which lifted the place above the average and made it feel more cheerful :-) Everything I needed was there. "We had a long weekend in Starling cottage. It was peaceful, quaint, comfortable and clean. It was a good base to explore the local area and visit our friends in Neath. I would definitely return. "

"What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. "Great centrally located hotel. The staff had great customer service and were really welcoming and helpful. We had a couple of areas of fault in our room. Once raised these were rectified almost immediately. Bar perhaps on the expensive side, however cannot fault the hotel in general. Shower was powerful and the bed was really comfortable . I would recommend this hotel to family and friends."
