"Right inside of the door is a sign indicating that quiet hours start at 6AM. If that was noted when we book this place, I missed that info. This property adds a cleaning fee but it wasn’t that clean. Long hairs on the floor greeted us when we opened the door. Next was short hairs on the baseboards. Garbage in the kitchen can and grease on the stovetop. It was cold (the windows were open) but the thermostat wasn’t working so the owner came down to discover the batteries were dead. "I liked the separate entrance and they had fairly good outside security lights, but did not light up when we needed them to all the time. They've got a good start on these suites, but they are not finished yet. Also comma expired food left in the fridge and not the amenities to be expected in a vrbo. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. Not going to be using that on my BOD. "

"The Nest at Bramblebank Cottages is an amazing place to stay. Cute and quiet. The hot tub inside the cottage is excellent. Super clean and warm. The host was amazing. She came quick to help with the procedures and everything was well put. Thank you to everyone at Bramblebank and we hope to see them soon."

"There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. My request for the discount rate was considered by email, and I will check my visa to make sure it is deducted. Access to the fob or keys were a bit...
