"Unable to get past the gate to park our vehicle. Fortunately someone unrelated to the property was able to get us through. Once we parked, we were unable to get into the property. Had another guest not arrived shortly before we did, we would have been unable to get in. There was no one to greet or check us in. A staff member arrived in the morning to prep a breakfast. "There were many children due to sports event. When it came to breakfast and everything was eaten and out of place the staff made sure we had at our own table everything possible. They were all great. There were three staff who were working so hard to keep up to the 20+more kids and still made time for us. Unless someone was in room and therefore i wait ed 30 minutes until someone gave me another room without any personal excuse. Same thing the next day when I met the young guy made the mistake of switching the rooms. Overall old and not so clean.... Not worthy the price. "
