The room was small and no proper space were to hang clothes.
The A/C was making noise and on the weekend there are no proper dining option in the hotel.

They made a wrong payment and had to cancel it after 2~3days I left the hotel.

Demolition Site
Disgusted. Arrived after a 1000km drive hoping to relax for the onward journey the next day. It looked like entering a war zone. The pictures show what was the restaurant and bar. The hotel is situated on Business Park ensured there would be no amenities close by. Room was Ibis usual standard, ok. Woken at 7.15am with a JCB starting work 2 metres from our door. We made the booking in December 2021 and should have been told about the work as it has obviously only recently been started. We will of course be using other travel websites to publicise that this hotel will not be finished for some time and to avoid. We will expect a full refund at the very least. As other guests arrived they also were walking round in disbelief at the state of the hotel.

Nous avons reserve 2 nuits (Vendredi et Samedi).
Points positifs : Bon Acceuil, Petit Dejeuner Correct, Proprete.
Points faibles : rangement limite dans la chambre, chambre plutot petite pour 2 personnes.
De plus, il y a avait un bruit de ventilo constant (amplifie lpar le silence de la nuit) qui a pertrube le sommeil pendant les 2 nuits. Cela a ete mentione a la direction mais la cause de ce bruit n'a pas ete trouve

A fuir, graves problèmes d'hygiène...
Prise de la chambre vers 14h30 on signale uns chaussette salle dans la chambre et un rouleau de papier toilette decoré d'excrément humain, je demande un nettoyage complet de la chambre avant notre retour vers 1h30. Quand nous simme revenus , seul la chaussette salle avait disparu, mais en ouvrant le lit nous decouvrons des poils pubiens et rognures d'ongles. Obligation de dormir tout habillé.

Une belle trouvaille
Bel hotel, très bien situé aux portes de Nantes et sur la route vers Rennes. Calme, chambres spacieuses, jolies et confortables . Rapport qualité prix/ excellent.
Gare de tramway pour se rendre en ville, toute proche.
Je recommande vivement.

Service client Hotels.com nullissime.
La réception de l'hôtel m'a appelé la veille de mon arrivé pour m'annoncer qu'il n'y avait plus de place. Pas de souci tant mieux pour eux. J'ai demandé si je devais annuler sur le site, on m'a dit que non. J'ai trouvé une autre solution, mais finalement j'ai payé la nuit que je n'ai pas faite dans cet établissement. Le site me balade, l'hôtel qui soit disant ne se souvient pas de moi ne joue pas le jeu, alors que j'ai eu le réceptionniste au téléphone et lui se souvenait parfaitement de moi. Gestion inadmissible du problème. 120€ payé pour rien, un remboursement impossible puisque je n'ai pas pu dire le nom de la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone.

Ne pas hésiter à s'y arrêter.
Le personnel est aux petits soins, la literie est très confortable et le petit déjeuner parfait. J'avais peur du bruit de la zone dans laquelle il se trouve mais finalement c'était très calme. Bref, une soirée étape au top !
