"The hotel itself was fine. The check in process was long and painful. We had two rooms booked and it was confusing. On day before checkout we asked for an extension to one room. The girl sold me a date and told me it was the last room- the rate I discovered was triple the rate on the app. This took about an hour of time to do and then I had to go back and ask for a refund as the app showed a much more competitive rate. "We really love this place, The hotel room is clean and the room service is above and beyond. Special Thanks to Lucas the manager, he offered to switch rooms for us without hesitation when the water temperature in our room was hard to adjust. Breakfast is okay with a decent variety of the basics, although the congees were never hot and the wontons were too thick-skinned. It can get a bit boring after having the same things for 3 days. The staff were most thoughtful and committed, always patient and helpful. "

"Their staff accidentally broke a face cleaning tool in our room. Their manager tried so hard to reach out to me because I don't have local phone number and kept asking for how they make it up.
