"This is the 6th occasion we have stopped at the hotel. On the whole was as expected although the WIFI was not working in champs bar with which told the staff in champs bar but was never rectified. Had to speak with reception staff and it was solved the following day. Though it was not as reliable as previous years. Often dropping out. Also the hot meals choice in the buffet restaurant did not appear to have the numbers with respect to variety from previous years. "

Refreshments in the ‘Club’ lounge were very welcome and replenished very regularly - we waited 10 minutes at the height of the lunch rush so that was fine. Free soft drinks, tea/coffee and water.
