Was able to borrow a wheelchair upon submitting valid ID which made it easier for my senior mother to visit the mall. Staff are welcoming, warm & accommodating. "The hotel and staff are excellent and we love staying there. The only reason for the below excellent rating is becathey are renovating so the pool area is not open and the gym facility is very small compared to previous stays. The breakfast dinind area has been changed and is much smaller and tight to walk around and fewer choices to choose from, however still very good food! We will definitely stay there again and hope to see the full renovation done soon!"
