"My wife and I stayed overnight to meet up with family and have a meal together. The room was lovely, clean, and welcoming. Bathroom was modern and clean with good shower. The staff were very friendly and the service was great! We had a meal in the restaurant which was wonderful, the breakfast was equally as good! All in all a great stay and I can see us revisiting. "

"A little night away with my partner , lovely hotel and grounds , we stayed in the blue room which they call the stables itā€™s separate from the main hotel . Lovely room all that you need is provided in the room . They donā€™t provide dinner but on their website you can find restaurants that are close by to book also breakfast is not included in with the room however you can purchase breakfast if you wish too . Overall a lovely little hotel with very friendly staff that make you feel very welcome.....

"Easy check in, lovely spacious room within a separate block from the pub, with a sofa. Bathroom clean and shower was a good size. Breakfast was served efficiently and was delicious. It was quite expensive but was a convenient location as I was attending a wedding in the area and every aspect worked perfectly "

"Easy check in, on first impression room was a good size , bed comfortable , bathroom the toilet looked like it had been broken for dome time, we did message North gate to inform them along with photos, but no response , crack in toilet seat is unhygienic ! Cobwebs in the bathroom as well Breakfast was ok We did inform someone about the toilet seat again when we checked out"

"Great hospitality from the staff. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced for a basic continental spread. I would have expected the continental breakfast to be included with the room rate. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous! I would love to dine there again. When I got my final bill for my stay (room and breakfast) I was asked if I wanted to add further gratuity to it which was a little surprising and made me feel a bit awkward. I had tipped well for the dinners already. So Iā€™m not...
