"The property is gorgeous, flowers and plants are mixed right into all areas. It's very well taken care of and the staff was amazing! They ensured that we were well taken care of during our time at the property. Oh and they even have a few parrots on property! The only slight ding on this review is that one of the two pools was being renovated while we were there. However, during our 5 night stay they basically completed the pool renovations. La Soleil doesn't leave things in an unusable state...

"This is a lovely hotel a few blocks from the main square. While it was clean and lovely, my daughter and I both felt that for this price they could have had a more hospitable reception for guests, some more interaction throughout the stay, maybe afternoon drinks or some kind of way for guests to interact. We were surprised that there was no coffee made in morning in common areas and how we had to always try to figure out how to order anything. The servers and housecleaning ppl were amazing I...

"The location was super central to everything the arc and central plaza. Restaurants all around walking distance to everything. The rooms and decor was beautiful, they have a pool table in the entrance and view of the water volcano from the rooftop was incredible. Rooms were clean also it is pet friendly. They don’t serve breakfast but had coupons for breakfast, lunch and dinner at another restaurant. I would definitely recommend."

"The architecture and the atmosphere of the property is incredible, the comfort is really very pleasant. However, the staff in charge seems to be not very happy in their work and show a lot of lack of knowledge in their routine tasks. I definitely recommend the property but you have to improve a lot in customer service or improve training"
