"Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night"

People at reception were rude and unfriendly, a smile and some basic respect doesn’t cost anything. Also had a problem when checking in, as they were refusing to honour breakfast, even though it was clearly included in the reservation.
