"The shuttle to the airport only goes every hour so I have to waith an hour to get pick up!!"

"The hotel is a very nice hotel with half-hourly airport drop offs and pick-ups. They sent us clear directions of where the shuttle would collect us and we were pleasantly surprised to find some staff there to help us."

"Location is really close to parque on calle 93. Lots of places you can walk to. Never felt unsafe. Has the sauna and pool, which after a long day of exploring really helps relax those muscles. "

"Overall nice enough place. Weak toilet flush. Drain in shower would back up. Housekeeping insisted on banging on my door even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Food from their restaurant was excellent. Staff in restaurant and at the desk were very polite. Nice enough hotel. "

"The restaurant food is very good. Restaurant service is very poor. Bar service was good. Bar single chairs were not very comfortable. Bar couch was very comfortable. Hotel bed was great, rooms and hotel itself was very clean. Room soundproofing was very effective."
