"We returned to The View after staying last year as it has such wonderful views and is near eady transport into the city. "We felt the breakfast was not atva good standard. It buffet was not added to as required. Guests had to ask for cutlery, more fruit, more bread etc. Also, i felt that the extra charge of $50 was unnecessary as there was no Mini bar in the room. "The property needs maintenance, The door closers don't hold the doors back from slamming. This goes on all night as people enter and exit their rooms. The cleaning was average, there was a hair ball in the shower and was still there after we requested cleaning. Our room wasn't clean when we a arrived and was poorly cleaned when requested. The staff are great and friendly, but the facility needs serious maintenence! "
