"Beautiful property and surroundings. The hotel grounds are amazing, great pool, and well kept gardens. PROS: Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Gardens were fantastic. The pool was great, always space to sit or lounge around. Our villa was amazing - could do with some maintenance but it was a great experience! "Had a great stay at the Jayakarta hotel. It is a lovely hotel, very clean, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. Check in was fast. They upgraded me to sea view free of cost which was very kind of them. Room was very spacious and also the bathroom. They have room service. The food was good, a bit pricey. The pool area was great. They extended my check out to an extra half an hr due to my flight in the evening which I really appreciated. Free pick up and drop off shuttle included. "

"Although the staff was nice, the hotel was in very bad conditions. The room as well as the rest of the common areas were dirty as if they have not been cleaned for weeks, the food at the restaurant was really bad and they did not have any of the plates offered in the menu. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures posted and we were really disappointed by its state. "

"Fantastic family friendly hotel on the north of the island, where it’s nice and quiet and has easy access to the beach. Just a note it’s IDR150k for a horse carriage ride anywhere on the island , so staying here will cost you IDR300k each time you want to go out, unless you’re happy to walk of course but we travelled with a 5 year old, 10 month old and a 72 year old, so horse carriage was needed most of the time. Hotel Rooms are superb, grounds need a little refurb but imagine it’s tough to do...

"Our family suite was lovely, very clean and modern. Large comfortable beds, great shower and very spacious. The hotel is at the quieter end of the island which suited us well. An easy bike ride to the “party zone” or anywhere else on the island. Plenty of dining options close by. We saw turtles every day when snorkelling straight out from the hotel. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to help."
