"Had a nice, upgraded room. Excellent facilities (gym and beautiful sauna). Impossible to control heat or cool room at night. Lots of street noise from trams outside."

There was a smoking room next to the reception which was good as it was always snowing outside. TV only had American news why no bbc world service & the sport channel only showed skiing. would return to this hotel."

"Great hotel next to Tallinn Old Town. This place is in a marvellous location. Comfortable accommodation and very pleasant staff. The bed was comfortable and the room, which was well equipped, included a kettle, hairdryer, towels, a small but adequate fridge and a good bathroom in the sense that it contained everything we needed, such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner and tissues. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Superb. "

"Loved this beautiful old building. Partner found the room a bit hot but I was fine once I discovered the secondary glazing panels opened and the temperature dropped a bit. Place seemed safe and secure with the code for access and reception staff were helpful with the requests we made. Wholeheartedly recommend the Osteria Il Cru on the ground floor too. "
