"There wasn’t much around the area that was open. The entrance of the hotel was just not pleasant or inviting. There should be more of a driveway or drop-off/pick-up area. There should be nicer entrance doors, greenery inside and out. You walk in and are greeted with a lot stairs with dirty worn carpet. The main lobby area could have been a bit brighter. "When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...
