As per advertisement snack and drinks in the room is replenish everyday, I have to ask for it the second day, then on our 3rd day, nothing was replenish, did mention my concern at the reception on our check out day. 2. "This place is an absolute oasis in Panglao. It is secluded, peaceful, beautiful and welcoming. We really had a nice stay at the end of our Bohol trip, and are glad we were here. There are two important things to address though: I was really figuring that all of the other comments about the rocky driveway were an exaggeration - they are not. (Note to facility managers - add a surcharge to each stay for road improvements. That needs to be an absolute priority. Your guests will thank you). Next...

"Their advertising is very misleading. They show a picture of a rice cooker, a hot pot and a drink kettle but when I asked them about it, they said no that is for a different type of room, but the pictures were listed for the room that I reserved. They’re dishonest And the area is some distance from the commercial area and they air-conditioning took four hours to cool off the room and the Wi-Fi was not working the first day had to change to a different after complaining "

"This property has a certain charm, is very atmospheric with pretty gardens, but seems passed its prime. The room we were given smelled strongly of mold, the private pool was too gross to swim in, the small beach was not inviting and everything generally felt decrepit, dirty and in poor condition. After complaining and showing staff our issues with the room, we were eventually moved to another one which was much better. Our experience wasn't great but some may like it and staff was responsive....
