"This beautiful little hotel is built around a small courtyard that gives the feeling of a traditional Chinese home, with beautiful old woodwork and lattice bannisters and windows. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, and the bathroom is large, with a self-flushing toilet. While the building is not soundproof, it is quiet at night. "None of the staff spoke English. Very hard to communicate. Staff was friendly but clueless on how to deal with visitors from outside of China Food offerings were limited. No restaurant, just a bistro Very bad location, away from the city, squeezed in a tiny street. The entrance gave the appearance of going into a warehouse Overpriced. Low value for money"

"Great location and very helpful staff. It’s located in the old city but close to the main road so easily accessible even though the city has a no vehicle policy."

Then they left me and my friends standing in the sun outside with our bags and did nothing to help us. Expedia is trying very hard for us now to get a refund. These hotel people are bad people. Take money and dump you on the street in a foreign city without help. "
