"Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "

"The hotel is nice and spacious. However, no convenient stores or shops nearby except when you take the hotel shuttle mini bus to Kyoto Station which runs 2 times per hour. During certain hours, there might not be space on the shuttle bus to and from Kyoto Station. Be prepare to take taxis."

"The service is top notched. The location is good . Kintesu line and mall just besides the hotel. Direct bus limousine from Kansai. 1800yen for adult and 900 yen for kids. Have been here 3 times for holidays over the past 15 years. "
